However, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations — and that’s perfectly okay. Our refund and return policy is designed to make your experience as smooth and reassuring as possible.

30-Day Risk-Free Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product and request a refund or exchange — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided.

  • The return request must be raised within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

Returning a product is easy:

  1. Email Us: Write to us at info@brahmastraayurveda.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Pack the Product: Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  3. Ship It Back: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

  4. Refund Issued: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking), the refund is processed automatically. For Cash on Delivery orders, you’ll be asked to share your bank details for the transfer.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not applicable on used or damaged products unless they arrived defective.

Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a free replacement or refund immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first. Simply drop us an email or call us at +91 92053 52812, and we’ll take care of it.
